Six consecutive weeks: February 2 to March 9, 2027 · Testimony track Tuesdays 6:00 to 7:30 pm ET · Writing track day and time polled with the group once seats are filled
Physicians, nurses, and other clinicians who already have the credentials and the clinical judgment, and who keep running into the same two walls: the report comes back picked apart, or the deposition goes sideways. Both walls are learnable. Neither is about your medicine.
Ten years inside Med Legal Pro screening, training and QC-ing expert reports before attorneys ever see them. When an attorney stopped calling an expert back, I am the person they told why. I built this training around what they told me.
Tracy Liberatore, Esq., P.A.-Emeritus · Founder, Med Legal Pro and National Expert Academy
Every writing hour is spent on real marked-up reports, including your own. You submit a report, I read and mark it before we meet, and the live hour is spent going over what I found. Nobody sits through six weeks of theory.
From Statutes and Stethoscopes, the Med Legal Pro podcast.
A weak report costs experts work. The attorney does not send it back with a note. They rewrite it themselves, file it, and call someone else on the next case. You never hear why. The phone just stops ringing.
Most of it comes down to sentences written the way medicine trained you to write: careful, open, every option left on the table. Legal writing punishes that. Here is the kind of sentence we fix:
Clinical habit
The resident may have developed the pressure injury possibly due to inconsistent repositioning.
Opinion that holds
To a reasonable degree of nursing certainty, the failure to reposition the resident every two hours caused the Stage 4 sacral pressure injury.
Getting the report right the first time helps the attorney as much as it helps you: less rewriting on their side, and an expert they keep calling back.
The testimony track adds the second half. Once the report is solid, opposing counsel will test it in deposition, and that is a skill you can practice out loud before it counts.
Buy either track on its own, or take both.
Once the seats are filled, everyone who registered is asked for their best day and time, and the writing sessions are scheduled where the whole group can attend live.
Rudy is our Invited Expert Educator. He trains experts for deposition.
You keep the recording of your own deposition turns. The group sessions are not recorded for distribution, so you learn in the room, live, the way it actually happens.

Eight seats total. This is an application, not a checkout line: if the fit is wrong we will tell you and you keep your money. Current Certified Writer students receive full credit for what they paid toward a writing-track or both-tracks seat.
Card on file, automatic, and it stops after the last payment.
Eight seats, and the doors close when they are filled. Full refund any time before the enrollment window closes. Once the doors close your seat is held out of circulation and tuition is non-refundable, including payment plan balances still owed.
Nobody can honestly promise case volume or timing, and we do not. What the cohort does is make sure the report you hand an attorney is right the first time, which is what gets an expert kept and called back.
Both. The standard a report is judged by is the same on either side, across med mal, personal injury, nursing-home, and wrongful-death cases.
No. The Certified Writer course is your pre-work, and if you have no case file you write your report off the course’s practical exam cases.
That is why the writing time is not set yet. The group is polled once seats fill, and the sessions go where everyone can attend live.
The testimony group sessions are not recorded for distribution. You keep the recording of your own turns in the chair.
